Australia-Wide: We offer a flat shipping rate of $19.95 for all orders.
International Shipping: Worldwide shipping is available. Please note that any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by third-party couriers. While we strive for speed, we are not liable for delays once the package has left our studio.

Clearance & Sale Items: All clearance shoes (including styles like Victoria, Lizzie, Cheryl, etc.) and sale items are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind" on these products.
Standard Items: For non-clearance items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Faulty Goods: If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
