Private Lessons & Wedding Dance Packages – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any private lesson or wedding dance package with Dance Amor or Adelaide Wedding Dance, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions apply to all lessons and packages unless otherwise stated.

1. Payments & Admin Fees

• All bookings include a mandatory $80 administration fee for any refund issued.

• Instalment plans (up to four payments, maximum two weeks apart) incur an $80 admin fee per instalment.

• Lessons will only proceed once the required payments have been made.

2. Cooling-Off Period

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the package/lessons are unused. A $80 admin fee applies.

3. Refund Policy

• After the 7-day cooling-off period, lessons and packages are non-refundable.

• Non-refundable bookings may only be converted into credit to be used for other Dance Amor or Adelaide Wedding Dance products.

4. Lesson Scheduling & Cancellations

• Lessons require confirmed booking, subject to instructor availability.

• To cancel/reschedule: contact your instructor 6+ hours prior via SMS, call, email, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

• Late cancellations (<6 hours) result in the entire lesson being forfeited, unless the instructor permits otherwise.

• Bookings are first come, first served—early booking is recommended.

5. Studio-Initiated Changes

• Lessons may be rescheduled by Dance Amor or Adelaide Wedding Dance; notice will be provided as early as possible.

6. Sunday Lessons

• $50 surcharge per booking.

• Minimum 90 minutes per Sunday lesson, as Sundays are instructors’ off days.

7. Conduct & Respect

• Respect instructors, staff, and other clients.

• Dance Amor and Adelaide Wedding Dance reserve the right to remove clients and withhold refunds for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.

8. Safety & Liability

• Follow instructor guidance for safety.

• Notify your instructor of health issues before lessons.

• Dance Amor, Adelaide Wedding Dance, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless directly caused by proven negligence.

• You are responsible for personal belongings and wellbeing.

• First aid/emergency assistance may be arranged; associated costs remain your responsibility.
