Finalizing Payment: Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder so you don't miss a beat.

• 28+ Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, your deposit (minus a $50 admin fee) is held as credit for 6 months.
• 14–27 Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, the $350 deposit is forfeited.
• 7–13 Days Notice: 50% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $50 admin fee.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: 100% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $100 admin fee.

1. The Intake: You submit your occasion, package choice, and guest count.
2. Confirmation: Once we confirm the date, we’ll send an invoice for the $350 deposit. This officially secures your instructor.
3. Final Prep: Two weeks before the party, we’ll reach out for the final balance and any last-minute details to ensure your event runs perfectly.

• The Dance Floor: For the safety of your guests and our instructors, we require a flat, dry, and non-slip surface. Polished timber, smooth concrete, or professional function room carpets work best. Please avoid wet grass or loose gravel.
• Space Requirements: As a general rule, allow approximately 2 square meters per person so your guests have room to move, rotate, and dance comfortably without bumping into furniture.
• Power & Sound: If you aren’t hiring our Portable PA System, please ensure your venue has a sound system with a standard AUX or Bluetooth connection. Our instructors will bring the music, but we’ll need a way to play it loud!
• Instructor Arrival: Our team will arrive 15–20 minutes early to coordinate with the host, check the sound, and scout the space. Please ensure someone is on-site to grant access to the venue.
• Water & Hydration: Dancing is thirsty work! We recommend having a water station or bottled water available for your guests throughout the session.
• Final Headcount: If your guest list grows significantly (e.g., jumping from 30 to 45 guests), please notify us at least 7 days prior. We may need to allocate an additional instructor to ensure the session remains safe and high-quality.

• What if not everyone participates? Totally normal — our packages are designed for mixed participation (dancers + observers).
• Do we need a PA or lots of space? Most venues work fine; we’ll advise on space and can add PA hire if needed.
