Gather your crew for a 1-hour dance workshop led by our pro instructors, followed by 30 minutes of private studio time. It’s your time to film your new moves, enjoy your BYO snacks and drinks, and soak up the atmosphere.

The Studio Luxe
The ultimate 3-hour VIP experience.
Why rush the magic? The Luxe package gives you a 1-hour dance workshop followed by 2 full hours of private studio time. We’ll have champagne ready on arrival and nibbles waiting for your group. It’s a full-service social event where the dancing is just the beginning.

The Details
Booking Essentials & Terms
The Deposit: A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to officially lock in your date, studio space, and professional instructor.
Finalizing Payment: Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We’ll send a friendly reminder so you don't miss a beat.
We know plans can shift! We offer flexible rescheduling to help you keep the party alive
- 28+ Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, your deposit (minus a $50 admin fee) is held as credit for 6 months.
- 14–27 Days Notice: Reschedule for free. If you cancel, the $350 deposit is forfeited.
- 7–13 Days Notice: 50% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $50 admin fee.
- Less than 7 Days Notice: 100% of the total fee is payable. Rescheduling incurs a $100 admin fee.
- The Intake: You submit your occasion, package choice, and guest count.
- Confirmation: Once we confirm the date, we’ll send an invoice for the $350 deposit. This officially secures your instructor.
- Final Prep: Two weeks before the party, we’ll reach out for the final balance and any last-minute details to ensure your event runs perfectly.
Arrival & Timing
- To ensure you get your full dance experience, please ensure your group arrives 10 minutes prior to your start time.
The Space is Yours
- During your private studio hire, the space is yours to enjoy! You are welcome to BYO drinks and snacks (please drink responsibly). We ask that the studio is left in a tidy state at the conclusion of your booking.
Footwear
- We recommend comfortable, smooth-soled shoes or heels that are easy to move in. Please avoid heavy boots or shoes that may scuff the professional dance floor.
Content & Privacy
- You are more than welcome to film and take photos during your private hire time. If you’d like your instructor to help film a "final performance" moment, just ask!
Final Guest Count
- If your guest count increases into a higher pricing tier, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event so we can adjust your final invoice.
